OUR FOUNDER
Ed Wright - Managing Director
Ed Wright is a senior real estate executive and adviser with 15+ year career advising on complex real estate transactions and development opportunities across Australia
Prior to founding WRIGHT PG, Ed held senior leadership roles with RPM Group, CBRE and Knight Frank, where he led high-performing transaction and advisory teams across Victoria and nationally.
Throughout his career, Ed has advised private developers, institutional investors, family offices, capital partners and government-aligned stakeholders across acquisitions, capital structuring, asset repositioning, development strategy and transaction execution.
He is recognised for commercial judgement, stakeholder management, strategic thinking and the ability to deliver outcomes in complex, high-pressure and commercially sensitive environments.
TRANSACTIONS
With experience in Transactions across all asset classes, WPG has advised on the acquisition and divestment of hundreds of properties, ranging from retail shops, strata offices & commercial buildings - with a keen focus & specialty in large englobo land parcels and permitted or future Development sites across Australia.
Through our extensive private and public networks, locally and off-shore, we service a variety of clients including high net worth individuals, local & offshore Developers, Investment syndicates, Corporates' and Institutional clients. We conduct in-depth and rigorous due diligence and assess all transactions with the objective of maximising return and minimising risk. As part of our acquisition services, we can also negotiate joint ventures ('JV') or identify co-investment opportunities.
